Our Facilities
Our new facilities are bright and welcoming with modern equipment and furnishings.
The Tarman Drive location is our medical and integrated behavioral health office. Our Community Outreach department is located here as well, in a small separate building.
The Third Street location is our dental clinic, offering exams, x-rays, and general dentistry under limited funding sources [Medi-cal, CMSP, Healthy Families and private pay]. Sorry, we do not accept private insurance at our dental department.
